Head to the city on a nature journey along the Three Rivers Heritage Trail, stretching from Millvale Riverfront park to the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. The trail winds along the scenic Allegheny River, offering breathtaking views of the city. You will pass through a lot of sights and bridges ending at the iconic Roberto Clemente Bridge. The walker/bike can keep going but my slideshows stops here. This trail seamlessly blends natural beauty with urban landscapes, providing a sort of rails to trails experience with many stop offs. Directly in the middle is Washington’s Landing which provides a lovely backdrop of the city before you continue on towards it. Whether on foot or by bike, the Three Rivers Heritage Trail promises an unforgettable adventure through the heart of the city.
